2014

Boy this year has gone by way to fast, I need to be more diligent in posting.  We are preparing for Thanksgiving and enjoying every crazy moment of season.  Travis and Megan are preparing to move to Roosevelt where Travis has joined the police force and loves the new job.  Jen has been dating and working a lot between Head Start and a Tumbling Studio. Kyle and I are just working and trying to stay ahead of the changes in our families lives.

Christmas 2013 at the Romney House.  The children had so much fun and enjoyed all their gifts, Santa was very good to them this year.  The only downer is that Baylee was with her dad and not the family, but I'm sure she had fun.

Thanksgiving this year was in Mesa Arizona, we not only had our annual family reunion we also had a mission farewell for Elder Johnny Romney, who will be serving in Chile for the next two years.  We love this time of year when the brothers and sisters can get together and has quality time as a family.  Families can be truly together forever.

Graduation at the University of Utah

On Friday May 3, 2013 this little girl graduated from the Univeristy of Utah with a bachelor degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in early childhood education. We are so proud of her and hope she continues to do well in her life.  She has had job interviews and should hear back from one pre school this week.  During the graduation exercises she got a call from Head Start for a job interview, things are looking up for our new graduate.  It was also fun because Travis and his family were here and we had a fun weekend having our family all together.  We need more weekends like this, we really enjoy our families company.

Springtime 2013

It's springtime and that means Easter is around the corner.  This picture was taken last Easter at the annual La Verkin Utah Easter Egg hunt, as you can tell some of the children aren't too sure about that big Bunny.  We all had a great time, and glad it is that time of year again.  We also need to remember the reason for Easter and Our Savior's sacrifice for us, may you all enjoy this wonderful season.

Happy New Year

Well we made it to 2013, I hope this finds everyone healthy and happy.  May the new year be fantastic for everyone.

Christmas was extra special this year with us going to La Verkin to be with Travis and family.  As you can see Santa was really good to our grandchildren this year and we love them very much.  This is the second time we went to La Verkin in a short period of time. 

Thanksgiving was also down at Travis' house with the Romney clan, we really enjoy getting together as a family once a year and spending time looking at how our family has grown.  We will be in Arizona next Thanksgiving enjoying a little warmer climate.  Families are truly forever.
